What is the coating material for fabric?

Coating  fabric is mainly in the fabric based on the use of special technology coated with a layer of special function of the material, so that the cloth increased the special function. So it is also called functional coating fabric.

1, PA coating: its main component is polyacrylic acid, is a kind of resin material, feel a little harder, lack of elasticity, low cost;

2, PU coating: its main component is polyurethane, feel soft, elastic is very good, very Q, more wear-resistant, can do a very thin coating, the cost is also high;

3, PVC coating: its main component is polyvinyl chloride, feel is hard, to add a certain plasticizer to soften, so it is not very environmental protection, generally used to do raincoat products, slowly out of the market.

RPET fabric makes use of recycled environment-friendly fiber raw materials recovered from Coke bottles.

RPET Fabric is a new type of Recycled environmentally friendly Fabric, full name Recycled PET Fabric(Recycled PET Fabric), its raw material is from Recycled PET bottles after quality inspection separation, slice-drawing, cooling and silk collection and made of RPET yarn, commonly known as coke bottle environmentally friendly cloth.

RPET fabric makes use of recycled environment-friendly fiber raw materials recovered from Coke bottles. After rolling recycled coke bottles into pieces, it is produced by wire drawing. It can be recycled and effectively reduce carbon dioxide emissions, saving nearly 80% energy compared with conventional process of polyester fiber production.
